August 16, 2010, Chicago, Kontinent Media Group partnered with the Council of International Programs to host Uzbek Professionals as they receive their training in banking and financial institutions. As the Republic of Uzbekistan recently opened their economy to a competitive free market model alleviating itself from the one highly regulated by the government. The opportunities for new business, specifically in financial industry are rapidly developing. The training is sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development.

The delegation will visit several community credit unions and credit unions associated with specific groups like teachers, government employees, and staff of corporations. They will also meet with professionals from the National Credit Unions Services League.

Furthermore with the assistance of Kontinent Media the delegates likewise, will be introduced to the culture of the United States. During their stay, the delegates will live with host families in the western suburbs. They will also be exposed to vast cultural experience, by visiting landmarks, museums, shows, etc. Thus, during their three week stay, enabling for them an opportunity for an understanding of American society and its social, cultural, economic, educational systems, that will enable the delegates an enriching experience during their stay.

Toward that end, ensuring that the delegates will have enhanced their understanding and appreciation of a culture and community very different from their own enabling to build a strong bond between the delegation and everyone involved. Ms. Zimniakova, Kontinent's social events coordinator, remarked that "the delegation won’t soon forget this experience. It was an honor to partner with CIP on this event." Leonard Mogul, market development director concluded that, “an opportunity to educate and enrich the delegation’s cultural experience is a fulfilling and rewarding experience.
